Greetings! Ex-George W. Bush advisor Karl Rove slams Donald Trump for a lack of focus in a damning Wall Street Journal essay.  “Team Trump has too many plates spinning,” Rove writes.  “It will reach a breaking point if the administration doesn’t do something.” His advice: concentrate on peace and prosperity, and less on retribution and overreach…A members-only Daily Wire video  wonders if the devastating Los Angeles fires were “left-wing terror”…The Free Press is a three-year-old  right-of-center news outlet co-founded by Bari Weiss. Earlier this week, it was purchased by Paramount, which immediately installed Weiss as CBS News editor-in-chief.  Yesterday, the Washington Free Beacon noted that the appointment made Weiss the first LGBTQ journalist to lead a major network newsroom.  The Beacon claims most mainstream news outlets and activist organizations ignored the historical implications of her  appointment…Speaking of The Free Press, September visits to the right-wing outlet soared 44% over September 2024, according to TheRighting’s research.  Traffic to Trump’s Truth Social grew 51%, the most of any right-wing news website TheRighting tracked…Final laugh: The conservative online humor site the Babylon Bee came up with this gem of a headline about a former NY Jets’ violent altercation last weekend with an elderly man. “Mark Sanchez Sentenced to Five More Seasons with NY Jets.” Legal analysts were “stunned” by the severity of the sentence, joked the Bee…Also laughable: Washington Free Beacon’s  Andrew Stiles crowned  Melania Trump the “most intelligent First Lady in American history”…If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting.
