For all the hand-wringing, finger-pointing, and post-election soul-searching documented in the Democrats’ autopsy of their 2024 presidential defeat, one reality is unchanged: former Vice President Kamala Harris remains the party’s leading contender for 2028, despite suffering what many describe as a BIGLY loss in 2024.
