Greetings and happy summer solstice, the longest day of the year for those of us in the northern hemisphere…Without naming names, Donald Trump threw shade on the Juneteenth holiday in a Truth Social post last night. He wrote, “Too many non-working holidays in America. It is costing our Country $BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to keep all of these businesses closed. Soon we’ll end up having a holiday for every once working day of the year”…Dept. of Stick & Stones: In another Truth Social post last night, The Donald called Fed Chairman Jerome Powell, “one of the dumbest and most destructive people in government”…Dept. of No Surprises: The Ammo website just published its annual gun ownership survey. It found that more U.S. civilians own guns than any other country in the world (duh!). There are more than a million guns in Texas alone, more than any other state in the union (double duh!).  Rhode Island has the fewest number of guns with just under 5,000… Spelling change. Yesterday, I introduced readers to my new made-up name for a system of government run by a demon: demoncracy.
