Greetings! Selena Gomez removed an Instagram video of the Emmy-nominated actress tearfully breaking down to her 420 million followers over Donald Trump’s mass deportation assault.  That did not stop a host of nasty  parody videos mocking Gomez.  Sky News Australia has the roundup. (BTW:  As of this morning, Gomez’s video is still embedded in this Hollywood in Toto article)…The three broadcast networks devoted 46 minutes covering Trump’s pardons for two days last week compared to just 3:30 minutes reporting on Biden’s pardons in that same time, according to NewsBusters. The analysts at NewsBusters watched evening and morning broadcasts beginning with the night of January 20 through the January 22 morning newscasts…National Review’s Caroline Downey ranks the best and worst fashion from last week’s inauguration.  Example: While she liked  Ivanka Trump’s monochromatic green outfit with a matching chapeau, Downey observed that  it gave off United Arab Emirates flight attendant vibes.  Couldn’t agree more!…Right wing media is banging the drum loudly on Obama divorce rumors. WND reports that the former president appeared at a popular DC restaurant without Michelle.  Seems like another nothingburger to me…Here’s the most outrageous headline that hit my screen last week, courtesy of Blaze Media: “Egyptian pastor reveals shocking Islam-LGBT plot to conquer the West.”  Couldn’t bring myself to read the piece…Just asking: Are The Donald’s Greenland ambitions for real or simply a noisy distraction to keep attention away from a flurry of frightening executive orders rapidly unwinding our democracy and transforming the nation into a totalitarian regime??…If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting.
