Greetings! Reactions pro and con to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime extravaganza revealed a country divided over an annual event that generally provides more common ground than division. I predict that for future Super Bowl halftime performances we’ll see more counter-concerts like the Turning Point “All American Halftime Show” featuring Kid Rock and other MAGA-loving musicians. Worth noting: Trump blasted Bad Bunny’s performance declaring on Truth Social, “No one understands a word this guy is saying.” Memo to Trump: There are close to 40 million Hispanics registered to vote in the U.S. per Pew Research… Clever! For the first time in its five-decade history, the powerful right-wing think tank The Heritage Foundation purchased an ad in the Super Bowl LX game program featuring this attention-grabbing headline: “The greatest kick off of all time.” The subhead: “America. The Beautiful.” Hard to argue with the message. (Daily Signal)…After greenlighting the brutal layoffs that decimated the Washington Post editorial staff, it’s obvious that the newspaper’s gazillionaire owner Jeff Bezos has lost interest in it.
