Lost in all the outcry over the killing of Soleimani, are the policies of appeasement toward Iran by the Obama administration. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, had the temerity to say as much during an appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity,” going so far as to say that the missiles Iran fired at Iraqi bases housing US soldiers were paid for by the billions of dollars former President Obama gave to Tehran in 2016.
