In granting Rush Limbaugh the Presidential Medal of Freedom, President Trump honored the fundamental right of every American to freely express his or her opinions. That’s no small thing in the age of cancel culture. It’s almost as revolutionary now as it was when the Founders wrote the First Amendment.
