It’s not surprising this tragedy occurred in a city that prides itself on “liberal” tolerance… For years, Minneapolis has taken on the arduous task of harboring the nation’s largest Somali population despite individuals within the immigrant community expressing loyalties to foreign terrorist organizations, including ISIS and Al-Shabaab.
