 Biden and members of his administration stereotype blacks according to racist, paternalistic pre-conceptions of black traits, capabilities, and beliefs. Biden displayed his tendency to stereotype blacks when he said during the campaign that “if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”
