Greetings! Rigged elections. I originally thought that Trump lost control when he erupted in anger after being challenged by NBC’s Kristen Welker who asked for proof of voting fraud in California’s recent elections (watch video). Now I believe Trump’s temper tantrum was intentional and a calculated piece of political theater.  The portly POTUS got the headlines and the attention to the issue he was seeking.  And that could help him set the stage for declaring the midterm elections rigged in November.  Just look at the collection of “rigged election” stories I’ve spotlighted in this morning’s newsfeed. The topic dominates the discussion in right-wing media. Worth noting: The NY Times says that Trump’s “baseless claims of California vote fraud” offers a preview of his midterm election strategy should his preferred candidates fail to win….President Buzzkill: The Donald  attended last night’s NY Knick’s NBA championship home game against the San Antonio Spurs and witnessed the Knicks’ stunning streak of 13 wins come crashing down.
