Greetings! The truth about Truth Social. The Donald Trump-controlled platform was by far the fastest-growing right-wing news website in October.  Year-over-year Truth Social traffic rose a whopping 84%, according to TheRighting research.  Another right-leaning site, The Free Press, which was just purchased by Paramount, also saw dramatic growth. The Free Press and Truth Social were outliers in a month that saw news sites on the left and right experience declines. The editors are irked over Trump doubling down “on his obsession with tariffs”….Legendary former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s retirement announcement yesterday brought waves of insults from the right. The Washington Free Beacon was particularly nasty, alluding to her breast size (with an image taken on the beach in 2022), in this article by Andrew Stiles.  Of course, Trump, spewed on Truth Social, calling her an “old and broken political hack” and accusing her of “illegally” making money, playing the stock market…Weekend Whiff: “It” girl Sydney Sweeney stars as a boxer in the dark drama Christy opening today to somewhat tepid reviews. Memo to Sweeney’s agent: moviegoers are unlikely to attend in droves to see her play against type as a struggling pugilist.
