“The Charlie Kirk Show,” a daily podcast from the influential right-wing activist who was murdered September 10, grew faster than any other top conservative program monitored by TheRighting in the third quarter. According to TheRighting’s analysis of Castbox data, the number of subscribers to the Kirk podcast increased 31% between the second quarter and the third quarter, far more than any other programs in the category.
“The Charlie Kirk Show” ended the third quarter with 86,938 subscribers, compared to 66,299 subscribers at the conclusion of the second quarter.*
“Despite Charlie Kirk’s death last month, his eponymous podcast has remained active with new programs available every day attracting thousands of new subscribers,” said Howard Polskin, President, TheRighting. “It’s a clear indication of his growing appeal to an ever-widening circle of listeners. His voice may be silenced but his message continues to resonate.”

Methodology
This report is based on data that is updated daily from the podcast app Castbox, which is the fifth most popular app on the podcast-hosting platform Buzzsprout. Castbox represents 2.0% of all podcasts that Buzzsprout serves. No other leading podcast app besides Castbox makes its data publicly available. TheRighting’s top 20 chart only lists programs that have had new podcasts available on the Castbox platform since January 1, 2023.
