Greetings! The NY Post’s staunchly conservative editorial board actually had praise for a Democratic congressman. The Rupert Murdoch-controlled tabloid lauded 78-year-old Rep. Jerry Nadler’s decision for re-election because his party needs “generational change.” “Let’s see if Nadler’s bold move encourages the rest of the Democratic Party’s House gerontocracy to make room for new blood,” the editors wrote. “Yes, retirements risk opening the door to more radical candidates from the party’s AOC-Mamdani wing — but trying to hang on too long only feeds the demand for drastic change”…Donald Trump crowed that the U.S. military destroyed a ship from Venezuela alleged to hold illegal drugs heading to our shores. Worth noting: the old line conservative National Review opines that Kennedy is compounding the CDC’s Covid mistakes. “The HHS secretary is substituting one set of unscientific, politically driven priorities for another,” the editors wrote…The Devil Is a Democrat, an anti-woke rap song by Tom MacDonald, debuted as #1 on Billboard’s Rap Digital Song Sales Chart.
