Greetings! Hegseth in the Hot Seat (again): The Daily Princetonian published an article over the weekend charging embattled Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth with plagiarizing “small portions” of his senior thesis. “A review of Hegseth’s thesis by The Daily Princetonian, in consultation with three experts on plagiarism, found eight instances of uncredited material, sham paraphrasing, and verbatim copying,” according to reporter Sena Chang. “But while the three experts all said that the passages violated Princeton’s academic honesty regulations, they differed on whether the violations were serious or too minor to matter.” Hegseth graduated the Ivy League school in 2003. Townhall calls the article a “nothing burger”….Another week, another Wall Street Journal editorial throwing shade on some aspect of the amoral Trump administration. This time, the WSJ takes aim at the Trump family’s troubling crypto business which gives all appearances of selling access to the president. Basically, the administration is charged with overseeing the tokens that the Trump family is hawking. The editors say it’s inviting trouble. I say it stinks!…Dept. of Sticks & Stones: Trump insulted network TV journalist Martha Raddatz in a post last night Truth Social. He called her “an old timer on ABC Fake News (the Slopadopolus show!)” and went on to imply she’s a loser and a hater. Worth noting: Trump misspelled her name…News flash. Trump can take a joke. MAGA activist Shawn Faresh has carved out a nice living for himself as a Trump impressionist.
