Greetings! Trump posted an image late yesterday of a new map of the United States that encompasses the country formerly known as Canada…CNN did an outstanding job last night with live boots-on-the-ground coverage of the fires roaring through Los Angeles neighborhoods.  Didn’t see anyone on the right calling the news behemoth “fake news”…Americans United for Life  has just published its ranking of the country’s most pro-life states.  Here are just a few of the criteria to make the list from the organization’s website: laws on abortion, legal recognition of preborn children, assisted suicide and end-of-life patient care, and healthcare rights of conscience. Arkansas tops the list followed by Louisiana, Oklahoma and Mississippi.  Rounding out the bottom are Oregon, New Jersey and Vermont, which came in last…Ugh! That was my reaction when I read President Biden’s quote in USA Today that he thinks he could have defeated Trump if he stayed in the race.  It was exactly that kind of thinking that resulted in his ill-fated decision to run for president one last time.
