Kurt Schlichter: The leftist zillionaires and the Democrat government unions bought the elections. It also got so expensive here that the people who made California red and not terrible moved away. Now you have a relatively small elite of really rich liberal jerks, and a large class of serfs to the Democrat welfare state.
