John Fetterman, the Democratic socialist lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania, who suffered a stroke days before the primary and drew ire on the campaign trail for pulling a gun on an unarmed black man, cruised to victory in Tuesday’s Democratic Senate primary. While the health scare did not derail Fetterman in his primary bid, it remains to be seen if it will be a liability in November.
