Ted Cruz does not have the ability to unfreeze windmills or do anything else to get Texas’ power back online. The people complaining about Cruz would have a valid complaint if he was the governor of Texas or even a mayor of a Texas city or some other executive branch official whose job involves coordinating the government response to a crisis.
