Thirteen service members lost their lives because of his administration’s failed exit strategy. Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., decided that she could not let that awful, terrible slight go unaddressed. So she shouted from her seat in the House chamber — interrupting the president’s speech. She rightly pointed out that he alone was responsible for their deaths.
