Stacy Langton, a Fairfax County mother, made headlines after she read aloud and showed images from two books, “Gender Queer” by Maia Kobabe and “Lawn Boy” by Jonathan Evison, during a school board meeting.  Although officials removed the books temporarily from libraries, Langton says she is still concerned that children will be permanently affected by the obscene pictures.
