The Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Tom Homan has confirmed that a man arrested on suspicion of having commiting acts of arson in Sonoma County is an illegal immigrant from Mexico. Jesus Fabian Gonzalez has been twice deported to Mexico.
