Fraud Sounds Too Nice for What Happened in Minnesota. Let’s Call It Stealing

This may turn out to be the most significant theft of government money in our history, and ABC, CBS, and NBC did what Minnesota politicians did: they turned a blind eye to the matter. Fraud may be too complex a concept to understand for most Americans, so let’s call it what it is: stealing, and in this case, stealing to a massive degree.
