The fashion magazine Marie Claire is facing backlash after it published an article on Friday calling for Hollywood to portray more abortions in film. The author of the piece, Danielle Campoamor, claimed that Hollywood has “done nothing to remedy the discrepancies between the fictional characters who have abortions and real patients who seek out the services.”
