California High School Where Most Students Don’t Graduate Offers Free Laundry

The Anaheim Union District has a 48% high school graduation rate. The math proficiency rate is 29%. Why aren’t most students graduating high school? Because they don’t have free laundry. And once every California school district adopts this program, next it’ll be free waffle irons and free WiFi routers.
