Howie Carr: Hillary Clinton tweeted: “Imagine the deaths if the shooter had a silencer, which the NRA wants to make easier to get.” Huh? What the hell does a “silencer” have to do with the Las Vegas massacre? Would a suppressor really have “silenced” anything?
