California is boycotting 17 states and keeps banning more states every year. Californians can still go see Oklahoma, the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, but the state is on the banned list. Dorothy could travel from Kansas to Oz, but Hotel California’s government employees are banned from Kansas.
