It must’ve been getting hot under that mask for Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. In a budget proposal that’s expected to be signed soon, Whitmer and the state legislature have agreed on a proposed budget that would prevent health officials from mandating masks in schools. The budget proposal would also stop public agencies within Michigan from mandating vaccines.
