The U.S. Border Patrol encountered 98 foreign nationals on the terrorist watchlist who were crossing the U.S.-Mexico border between the ports of entry in fiscal 2022, according to newly released data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection. That was up from 15 in fiscal 2021.
