TOP OF THE DAY by Howard Polskin

Greetings! Stating the obvious: Here’s today’s headline from the editorial board of The Wall Street Journal: At 100 Days, Trump 2.0 Is in Trouble. The editorial goes on to say the tariff flub could sink his presidency. Meanwhile, most other right-wing media outlets today are celebrating Trump’s first three months in office, which you can see in the daily rundown…Dept. of Surprises: Here are three articles from right-wing outlets that have views differing from the Trump administration's policies. American Spectator lists five reasons to oppose RFK Jr.’s food dye ban. The Federalist thinks that paying women to have babies is an awful idea And influential right-wing podcaster Ben Shapiro slams Trump’s see-saw tariff policies in a critical opinion piece for the Daily Signal. The headline says it all: How Not to Win a Trade War…When RFK Jr. was running for president as an independent, reported billionaire Nicole Shanahan, the ex-wife of Google honcho Sergei Brin, was his running mate. Now her podcast Back to the People with Nicole Shanahan will reside at Blaze Media (available to paying subscribers) and focus on the MAHA platform.  Worth noting: the podcast has only 137 subscribers on the Castbox platform, which serves less than 2% of the podcast universe. To put it in context, Ben Shapiro’s daily show has more than 500,000 subscribers on the Castbox platform…The City Journal has published a Q&A with an unnamed Princeton University professor who claims that the school is not “allowed to hired a white guy”…If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting. Will There Ever Be Another Donald Trump?

By Ray Cardello: Trump is our once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I fear that years from now, history will report we missed a golden opportunity. Nobody on the political horizon has the confidence, courage, and the I-don’t-need-any-of-you attitude to take on Washington for the good of the country.
