Greetings! The Washington Free Beacon scorched President Trump for attending a soccer game over the weekend and suggesting that the United States call the sport “football.”  The comments were so harsh and mean-spirited that at first glance I thought it was a piece of satire.  Here are just a few of the remarks.  “Trump appeared to enjoy himself like a filthy lib whose only passion in life is cheering on America's enemies. Soccer fans are among the most virulent forms of America-hating scum. Zohran Mamdani, the communist radical and terrorist supporter vying to be the next mayor of New York City, is a soccer fan.” “The president defiled himself by sitting next to FIFA president Gianni Infantino, who presides over one of the most corrupt organizations on the planet.” “Trump praised the so-called athletes for playing a ‘great match,’ using the obnoxiously un-American word for ‘game.’” “What in the actual f—, Donald? You should have known better than to associate yourself with this pathetic ‘sport’ and its monstrous supporters.” “You might as well have attended an Antifa seminar on how to wipe your ass with the American flag after defecating on a police cruiser.” And I thought Trump’s biggest problem with his base was the Epstein files and all along it’s been soccer...American Greatness has begun posting again.  Earlier this month, I reported that the site had essentially gone dark... About 10 weeks ago the White House launched a Drudge-Report-like mini-aggregation website and newsletter called the White House Wire.  Each day, links to articles from six news outlets are posted.  It will shock no one that three Murdoch-controlled news outlets – Fox News, Fox Business Network and the NY Post – got the most links.  The big surprises are that the little known Canadian website the Post Millennial received nine links for the month, more than most of the conservative stalwarts.  And the so-called “fake news” websites of mainstream news outlets were repeatedly cited by the White House when they had good Trump news to report.  Here’s the full report and chart...If you  keep reading, I’ll keep Righting. It’s been a year and a day since Trump was grazed by a bullet in a failed assassination attempt in Butler, Penn.  I believe he would have captured the presidency even if it hadn’t happened.  But it certainly put wind in his sail and it burnished the aura around him as an invincible almost superhuman populist who overcomes any obstacles in his path. Worth noting: the Victory Girls blog thinks Butler was the day Trump won the presidency...Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump interviewed POTUS for 41 minutes on her Saturday Fox News program.  It was a predictable tongue bath. Food banks are sounding the alarm that food is running short in their pantries just when Americans are most needy.  The culprit, according to the Wall Street Journal: slashed budgets at food stamps and other federal programs....Launch day: Conservative CNN commentator and controversy magnet Scott Jennings is expanding his footprint.  His new daily one-hour talk program, “The Scott Jennings Show,” launches today on the Salem Radio Network...Who’s moving to Ohio  (not that there’s anything wrong with it)? The Gateway Pundit reports that Buckeye state gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will unveil a billboard in NYC’s Times Square today advising Big Apple residents to leave the city and head to Ohio. The billboard positions Zohran Mamdani, who’s running to be mayor, as a radical socialist, while  Ramaswamy “protects freedom”...
