Greetings! Now that it appears Paramount has won the war with Netflix over who buys Warner Bros. Discovery, there’s one big  $111 billion question. What happens to WBD's CNN, long a bee inTrump’s bouffant? Will it be the next major news outlet to bend the knee to The Donald’s White House? We see what’s already happened to Paramount's CBS News, with controversial stories being delayed and top talent bolting for the exit. There are more questions than answers at this point, but it feels like the dark shadow over mainstream media is lengthening. The NY Times also wonders about CNN’s future...Right wing radio talkshow host Dennis Prager reveals in a Wall Street Journal essay, that he is “mostly paralyzed” following a catastrophic fall more than a year ago. He writes poignantly about his situation: “From the day I regained consciousness, I realized I had only three alternatives: death, depression or perseverance. Since I don’t want to die and I don’t want to be depressed, my choice is obvious”.....Yesterday, I told you about the vile new podcast series from extremist Candace Owens that smears Charlie Kirk’s widow Erika. Today, in a NY Post column, Rich Lowry eviscerates Owens for her “depraved conspiracy madness.” Popular right-wing podcaster Matt Walsh blasts Owens too  in a Daily Wire column...Weekend Read: I’m  reading the new novel White River Crossing and I’m hooked.   Set in 1766, the book centers on an ill-fated quest for gold west of Canada’s vast Hudson Bay.  "White River Crossing" has  received raves (Washington Post and NY Times).  Count me too as a fan of this powerful work of fiction...If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting.
