Screen images from CBS News show that a heckler, later identified as Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) rushed to the front of the room where Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was speaking. Secret Service and FBI agents treated the aggressive man as a threat and quickly forced him out of the room–even as he yelled out “I am Senator Alex Padilla.”
