TheBlaze Records 7th Straight Month of Year-Over-Year Gains in Unique Visitors

June 25, 2019, New York, NY – TheBlaze.com posted its seventh consecutive month of year-over-year (YOY) increases in unique visitors, according to TheRighting’s exclusive analysis of traffic to conservative websites in May 2019, using Comscore data.  In May 2019, TheBlaze recorded 6,403,000 unique visitors, a gain of 2,580,000 unique visitors compared to May 2018, a 67% increase.  The last time TheBlaze experienced a dip in traffic was in October 2018.

 Foxnews.com also continued its hot streak, generating its fifth month in a row of YOY traffic increases.  The site, which easily ranked as the most visited conservative website for May 2019, attracted 99,258,000 unique visitors, a 15% YOY rise.  The Washington Examiner also extended its record of YOY traffic increases for the first five months of 2019.  Breitbart suffered another month of YOY traffic declines as unique visitors dropped 27%.  The site has yet to post a traffic increase in 2019.

 Among leading mainstream media brands, in May 2019 CNN attracted 127,319,000 unique visitors, a positive 1% change from May 2018.  In the same month, The Washington Post generated a 2% YOY increase with nearly 85 million unique visitors, while The New York Times brand was virtually unchanged from May 2018 with roughly 92 million unique visitors.
