By David Lieberman: The SEC and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority are investigating DWAC for possible irregularities with the Trump deal. In addition, DWAC says in its report, Trump’s company has been subpoenaed by the SEC and a federal grand jury in the Southern District of New York.
