The virus is fragile, and ultraviolet light and wind rapidly dissipate and destroy the virus, yet Democrat governors advocate wearing masks even while OUTSIDE! This is sheer lunacy. The Marxist Democrats in Oregon are even contemplating a PERMANENT rule on wearing face masks.
