Scott Lively: On Oct. 19, in remembrance of our great game-changing victory at Yorktown, I am proposing a National “Drop the Masks” Day as a statement of patriotic defiance of tyrannical government overreach and am calling upon every freedom-loving American to simply refuse to wear a facemask on that day.
