Becket Adams: President Trump wasn’t addressing U.N. envoys Tuesday when he said America would obliterate North Korea if it attacked the U.S. or its allies.  Rather, Trump seemed to address Kim Jong Un directly, speaking in a language that the pudgy despot understands.
