TOP OF THE DAY by Howard Polskin

Greetings! Right Wing Target of the Day: Veteran human rights attorney Amal  Clooney, who was part of the committee recommending that the International Criminal Court indict Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, along with Hamas leadership, for  war crimes. Several conservative outlets expressed outrage at her stance.  The NY Post  wonders whether  hubby superstar George Clooney shares his wife’s opinion…Failed Hit Job of The Week: The Washington Free Beacon flops in its attempt to undermine MSNBC contributor and Puck columnist John Heilemann.  His sins, proclaims the Beacon, are that he drinks too much, hates Trump, is an atheist and “loves” Nicolle Wallace. That describes about half the working journalists in America, on both sides of the aisle….FrontPage gleefully claims that Kehinde Wiley, the respected  portrait artist who famously captured Barack Obama on canvas, has been accused of sexually assaulting another man.  Wiley has denied the accusation. Not surprisingly, FrontPage manages to take a gratuitous dig at Obama calling him “one of the worst men to ever squat in the White House.” Keeping it classy.... I agree! The National Review predicts that there would be no shortage of people wanting to serve in a second Trump administration.  “So long as the U.S. has an imperial presidency, lots of people will want to be close to the emperor,” writes Dominic Pino…If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting. Biden's numbers are dropping like a brick. A 12% decline in Black support. One CNN analyst called it "truly historic." And while Biden still maintains a 47-point lead among Black voters, the numbers are a troubling sign for the campaign.

Biden May Already Be Plotting to Back Out of Trump Debate

If the Biden campaign is truly having second, third, and fourth thoughts about the agreed-upon rules, which his campaign proposed, that suggests the debate challenge was a bluff they never expected Trump to agree to, and now they're fishing for reasons Biden can back out and potentially save face.

The GOP Could Dominate for Decades If Just Three People Could Get Along

They are: Nikki Haley, former Maryland governor Larry Hogan and Donald Trump. For the first time in 100 years, Republicans can be the party that sets the long-term agenda and controls the political playing field, instead of merely standing athwart history yelling "stop."

DeSantis Still Has Some of the Worst Critics in Politics

source: Washington Examiner

He is no longer in the presidential race, but he still has liberal media targeting him while Florida prospers. Mrs. Clooney is an adjunct professor at Columbia’s School of Law. This explains a lot.
