The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a string of fires in West Baltimore, home of border security critic and weekend nemesis of President Trump, Elijah Cummings (D-MD). While authorities are still not positive the fires are connected, there have now been a total of four fires reported in Baltimore, Maryland since early Monday morning.
