Thirteen of the top 20 conservatives websites posted declines in March 2021 compared to March 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. Major conservative brands suffered big drops in unique visitors including Fox News, Washington Examiner, Washington Times and National Review. Mainstream sites like the New York Times and CNN also experienced declines.
