Why was Biden flying halfway around the world into an active warzone? Was he escorting (yet another) shipment of American hardware and ordinance our military can scarcely afford to lose? Did his coming herald a bold new peace initiative to bring Russia back to the negotiating table? Nope. It was a photo op.
