TOP OF THE DAY by Howard Polskin

Greetings! Donald Trump’s cratering poll numbers must be getting to him. Check out his unhinged, Truth Social post this morning excoriating what he terms “FAKE POLLS FROM FAKE NEWS ORGANIZATIONS.” The enraged  MAGA-in-Chief calls for the companies that conducted the polls – and that includes the NY Times and Fox News -- to be investigated for election fraud…Speaking of the mad king, the Atlantic had dropped its highly anticipated article based on an interview with Trump.  The headline says it all: “I Run the Country and the World”…The Trump War Room X account (2.5 million followers) has posted a photo of Eric Trump wearing a Trump 2028 hat. Gag me… The Washington Times opines that Pope Francis may have been the worst pope in history…Phrase of the week: “Dark Woke,” defined as using combative, edgy and profane language by Dems to win voters who have been influenced by Trump’s aggressive style. (Breitbart)…The right-leaning Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) is hosting a free seminar this Wednesday celebrating Trump 2.0’s  first 100 days.  Here’s how AMAC frames The Donald’s current reign: “Trump’s bold leadership has already delivered a 95% reduction in illegal border crossings, eliminated over $100 billion in wasteful government spending, lowered prescription drug prices, and helped secure $7 trillion in private sector investment, all while pushing inflation down and revitalizing the American Dream.” I’d call that a masterclass in putting lipstick on a pig…If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting. Fawning 100-Day Coverage of New (Democratic) Presidents

source: NewsBusters

Wednesday marks 100 days since Trump took office for the second time, and the news media will be ready with report cards judging his new administration. Expect nastiness. Looking back at news coverage of recent liberal Presidents at their 100-day mark, it’s been a veritable lovefest.

Illinois Governor: “Republicans Cannot Know a Moment of Peace”

source: FrontPage

Gov. Pritzker has now outdone every other Dem hopeful by delivering a New Hampshire speech with no ideas, just a call for war. It’s an overwritten and badly delivered speech, but the applause makes it obvious that this is the talk that the Dems want to hear from their leaders.

Keep Calling Us Nazis and You Have Lost the Debate

source: Conservative View from NH

By Ray Cardello: In a recent interview with Al Gore by Bill Maher, Gore consistently referred to the Republicans as Nazis. I do not know why Maher would give a has-been hack like Gore, who is living a lavish lifestyle for years on the climate change hoax he perpetrated on the American people, the airtime.

Dear Larry David, Curb Your Trump Derangement Syndrome

source: Townhall

In this country, a lot of people like Trump. What’s worse, the snide comparisons to Adolf Hitler come off as hollow and elitist. Larry David is not poking fun at Trump. He’s berating (not making fun of) you and me because we were tired of the destructive progressivism that was destroying this country.

What Exactly Have the NIH Grants Got Us?

source: Daily Caller

The critical questions are: “What does NIH-funded research actually accomplish?” and “Are the accomplishments worth the money?” The answers, at least according to NIH itself, seem to be shockingly little for the vast sums spent.

Gay Orgs Struggle to Stay Solvent as Corporations Drop Support

New York City and Seattle’s Pride organizations each say they’re suffering a $350k deficit this year. Pride St. Louis is short $150k. So is the infamous San Francisco festival. Imagine if they spent this much money and effort promoting wholesome, healthy families.

Only self-deportations will move the needle.

How to Remove Unruly Leftists from Republican Town Hall Meetings

source: American Thinker

An improvised version of a net gun could prove quite useful. They are effective for wild animals, so they should also work well on wild Dems (who probably have less consciousness). Instead of indulging ill-mannered protesters with a dignified escort from the hall, just envelop them in a restraining net.
