TOP OF THE DAY by Howard Polskin

Greetings! A blistering op-ed in the Wall Street Journal eviscerates Kari Lake, Trump’s top advisor to the U.S. Agency for Global Media which oversees the Voice of America.  The article, by Amanda Bennett, the former CEO of the agency and director of the VOA, rips Lake for charging that the agency’s new headquarters is a waste of taxpayer money.  In fact, writes Bennett, the new lease saved the government $150 million and she advises any doubters to check the lease, which is a public document…The National Review is gushing over Sen. Tom Cotton’s (R-AR) just published book Seven Things You Can’t Say About China.  It’s the China book of the decade, per writer Jimmy Quinn…Speaking of books, “everyone” hates Sen. Chuck Schumer’s new book Antisemitism in America, according to the Washington Free Beacon.  The outlet even spotlight’s a negative Washington Post review by former Schumer intern Emily Tamkin.  Ouch!...The future of the Republican party post-Trump is MAHA, tech bros and trad wives.  So says Blaze TV’s Matthew Peterson…There are black clouds hanging over the weekend box office performance of Disney’s new live-action remake “Snow White.”  Breitbart called the film a bomb. National Review, in a somewhat kinder note, labeled it a “box office dwarf.” AP called the ticket sales sleepy.  Right wing critics are sure to lay  some blame for the lackluster performance on the wokeness of the film’s star Rachel Zegler…If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting. Is This the Next Government Agency to Get the Axe?

It looks like the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)—long despised by conservatives and gun rights advocates—could be seeing its days numbered.

California and Its Collapsing Blue-State Democrat Model

Red States Are Paying for California’s Illegal Aliens

The World Health Organization Is Covering for Hamas

The agency has consistently concealed Hamas’s abuses and misrepresented Israel’s counterterrorism efforts.

“Snow White” Is a Disjointed Woke Remake That Completely Misses the Mark

source: Daily Signal

Watching the film, it seems as though the seven dwarves were never supposed to be in it. The seven woke companions pop up out of nowhere to fight soldiers with essentially just their bare hands. They also have two dance scenes with the dwarves where it looks like the dwarves were an afterthought in the middle and at the end.

America Has a 1% Problem But It’s Not What the Left Thinks

source: Daily Caller

By Nancy Mace: There is a real 1% problem in this country. It is the Left’s relentless pandering to a tiny but loud minority — an estimated 1.6 million transgender individuals — pushing radical activism that is tearing at the fabric of American values.

TOP OF THE DAY by Howard Polskin

Dept. of Bad News: In an appearance on NewsNation, Steve Bannon predicted that Trump would run again in 2028 and win.  “A man like this comes along once every century, if we're lucky,” Bannon told anchor Chris Cuomo, according to WND. My take: the only thing standing between The Donald and a third term is his diet of Big Macs…Dept. of Truth: Writing in the Washington Times, Joseph Curl comes right out and calls Donald Trump a cheater at golf.  Curl labels the president the Commander in Cheat and goes on to say that Trump’s golf lies expose his true self. Worth noting: Curl is influential in right wing circles…Jake Lang, a 29-year-old who was pardoned by Trump for his role in the J6 attacks, has announced a run for the U.S. Senate in Florida. (American Greatness)…Nasty! When JD Vance was queried about how he’s handling the Veep role differently from Kamala Harris, he replied that he didn’t have “four shots of vodka before every meeting.” (Breitbart)… Disgraced former Trump legal advisor Jenna Ellis has penned an article for the Daily Caller raising questions about Biden’s use of the autopen.  Seems like she’s trying to get back into Trump’s good graces…Weekend watch: Because I’m a sucker for true crime documentaries, it’s no surprise that I’m hooked on the four-part Max docuseries A Body in the Snow. It’s based on the true story of a Boston cop who was found dead in a suburban snowbank after a night of heavy boozing.  And suspicion immediately fell on his volatile girlfriend…If you keep reading, I’ll keep Righting. The Democratic Party of 2025 Is a Fascist Party

source: Granite Grok

Constantly challenge those who are calling you what you know you aren’t. They call me a fascist – but I tell them I’m for Free Speech. They call me a fascist, but I’m for smaller government. They call me a fascist – yet I want people to make their own decisions and not the government.

Dem Governors Are Making a Mockery of Democracy

source: Washington Examiner

Democratic governors in New York and Michigan have turned their backs on democracy and are playing politics with the people’s representation. They are slow-walking special elections to fill vacant seats, likely because they suspect Republicans will win.
