Shame on Jill Biden for deceiving the country after Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance with Donald Trump almost two years ago.  In an interview airing this weekend on “CBS Sunday Morning,” the former First Lady admits that she thought Biden was having a stroke when he froze several times and mumbled incoherently.  However, she publicly praised her husband immediately following the event and in the days that followed, purposely misleading the public and her fellow Democrats. (NY Post). Here’s my question: Why does she have to make the country relive the worst moments of Joe Biden’s presidency? She obviously wants the attention for her memoir View from the East Wing, which lands Tuesday...Stay home! Trump is making noises that he wants to attend a NY Knicks finals basketball game in the Big Apple’s Madison Square Garden.  What a way to kill the buzz around the excitement of the Knick’s epic playoff run. And it would be a security nightmare.  How could Secret Service adequately protect him in that crowded arena teeming with thousands of screaming fans?... The Wall Street Journal has come to the defense of poor, little gazillionaire Jeff Bezos in an op-ed by Marian Tupy.  A senior fellow at the libertarian Cato Institute, Tupy argues that Amazon is a treasure to us all, because it saves its customers an average of 22 hours a year and what is more precious than the  gift of time? I guess it doesn’t matter if that time comes at the cost of thousands of underpaid workers and a let-them-eat-cake boss who pays little in taxes compared to most everybody else...Battleground Angry Red Planet? A war between China and the U.S. will be fought on Mars, according to a new sci-fi novel that got a rave review from The Federalist.  Red State Mars imagines a scenario 100 years from now when U.S. homesteaders have built a cluster of domed cities on Mars.  But so have the Chinese who soon have designs about controlling the U.S. interests.
