The New Kavanaugh Hit Piece Is a Dumpster Fire

source: RedState

RedState

The idea that Max Stier, a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh, is a reliable, unbiased source is laughable. Yet, the media are running with his accusation without even disclosing who he is. It’s extremely relevant that he has direct ties to the Clintons and that he’s ensconced in Democratic party politics.

NY Times Book Review Dismissive of New Kavanaugh Book and Allegations

The review really seems the undermine the purpose of the book by pointing out that despite the extensive, year-long investigation by Pogrebin and Kelly…"In the end they turn up no smoking gun, no secret confession, no friend who comes forth to say Kavanaugh was lying all this time."

Washington Post Passed on Thinly Sourced Kavanaugh Story Before NY Times Published It

The Daily Caller

The Washington Post passed on a thinly sourced, unproven allegation about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh before the New York Times published it in a misleading article in Sunday’s paper that has since been corrected. Times reporters left out exculpatory evidence in an article that claimed Kavanaugh had his pants down at a “drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.”

The only supposedly new claim made in the book isn’t new and comes from Democrat attorney Max Stier, a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh’s with whom he has a long and contentious history. In the words of the Yale Daily News, they were “pitted” against each other during the Whitewater investigation in the 1990s when Kavanaugh worked for Independent Counsel Ken Starr.

US Prepares to Strike Iran as the Middle East Braces for WWIII to Erupt

President Trump is using the phrase “locked and loaded” to describe our current stance toward Iran, and the big news networks appear to believe that some sort of U.S. military action could be imminent.   We just witnessed the worst attack on Saudi oil production facilities in history, and it would seem to be extremely unlikely that the U.S. and Saudi Arabia would allow this to pass with no response.

Trump Administration Should Be Commended for Flushing Obama-Era “Clean Water Rule”

There’s a reason why there was such diverse and widespread opposition to this Obama rule: It’s a rule that could have made it very difficult for Americans to engage in even ordinary activities, such as farming or building a home. The Obama rule was so extreme it would have regulated waters that couldn’t even be seen by the naked eye.

Is Pete Buttigieg the Dumbest, Smart Person Ever?

At the CNN climate change freak show telethon earlier this month, Buttigieg…said in front of the entire world that defeating climate change will perhaps be more difficult than defeating the Nazis in World War II. This is the kind of candidate Democrats vote for, and with whom Republicans want you and me to compromise. If the election were held tomorrow, Buttigieg would receive tens of millions of votes.

Kurt Schlichter: Gun confiscation leads to violence – that’s not a hope but an observation, and an objective fact. Of course, the Democratic transcriptionists that comprise the mainstream media will try to drown out this essential critique of their plot with lies.

Is Biden Done? His Debate Performances Are Hard to Watch

source: BPR

BPR

Former Vice President Joe Biden has managed to simultaneously be roasted and praised for his performance at the Democratic debate in Houston. While some supporters believed the 2020 presidential hopeful came out winning Thursday after spending much of the night defending himself from his rivals, many saw Biden’s sometimes incoherent moments in the Democrats’ third presidential debate simply as a disaster.

"Nobody should be in jail for a non-violent crime.” This is Joe Biden, so the first thing we have to ask is whether he even knew what he was saying.

As Biden was being asked a question by the moderator, he was moving his mouth around as if chewing gum or to adjust something, resulting in a semi-mumbled answer.  The optics aren’t great for Biden, who has repeatedly faced scrutiny over his age.
