Stephen Kruiser: They’re pathetic emotional midgets who are desperate for attention. If they became full time Democrats, they’d just be one in a big crowd. If they remain Republican, they’ve got an easy, albeit brief, attention fix. Whenever their fellow Republicans need them, all they have to do is slip a shiv in their backs and they get a pure hit of New York Times love for a few days.

What is the point of voting in establishment GOP if all they do is assist in furthering the Marxist/corporatist agenda? Answer: It is pointless to vote for establishment GOP. They are just as much the enemy as the Democrats. Vote them all out of power—every single one of them. Cruz and Hawley can stay.

He cannot control Democrats' ability to politicize events and impeach him. But, if they do it, he can take control by resigning. He can take the high, high ground, in contrast to their low, low ground. He can take responsibility for the horror that just occurred at the Capitol, because it occurred on his watch.

Washington Examiner

President Trump is committing an unforgivable sin of omission this week. Trump should be openly, sternly, and vociferously urging all his supporters not to protest or riot at capitol buildings across the nation in the next week, and he should be warning that even the slightest violence will be met with appropriate force, along with arrests and prosecution.

Strength is not the same as authoritarianism. No, Mr. President, we don’t believe in praising foreign dictators or abusing criminal suspects or castigating prisoners of war or making fun of our opponents’ appearance. This is beneath us as a party and as a nation. It may evince guilty laughter but it is not ennobling and loses votes. An appeal to our better angels works better in the long run.

If conservatives distributing information becomes as onerous as Chinese political dissidents bypassing the Great Firewall, what will be left of the conservative movement online?…The Democrats and their media allies invented the threat of “disinformation” out of thin air and still can’t properly explain what it means. But they successfully used it to engage in a massive online purge of their political opponents.

The underwhelming ratings would appear to be confirmation that throwing in with the divisive Black Lives Matter movement and embracing the Marxist-inspired agenda that it represents has alienated millions of fans, reversing the recovery that the NFL had made in the two years since the Colin Kaepernick fiasco.
