Trump and his minions don’t want to talk about is that about 70 percent of Ohio Republicans said no to both Trump and Vance. Thus Trump’s populist wing of the party, though victorious in a big field, won by such a small plurality that the conservative forces arrayed against them can claim a legitimate victory against Trump. And it won’t get any better in the fall.

Will America-First News Outlets Make It to 2023?
source: NOQ Report
There’s something happening behind the scenes at several popular conservative news outlets. 2021 was bad, but 2022 is proving to be disastrous for news sites that aren’t “playing ball” with the corporate media narrative. It’s being said that advertisers are cracking down, forcing some of the biggest ad networks like Google and Yahoo to pull their inventory from conservative outlets.

The Democrats’ only real hope in 2024, barring a dark horse, is North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper. North Carolina has become one of the most vital swing states over the last decade. For liberals shocked by the prospective ruling, and for conservatives who thought it might never happen, it’s worth taking a look at Alito’s clear reasoning.
Roe Will Not Be Missed

The Roe position, that abortion is a sacred cow that democracy cannot touch, is the credo of high-dollar Democratic donors, but it is not necessarily popular with the broader population — at least not when they are clearly informed of what Roe means. A reversal of Roe will simply restore democracy and federalism.

Ray Cardello: We will need to uncover the person who delivered the documents to Politico before knowing the person’s motive. I believe this breach of security was done to influence the midterm elections. Biden has put all Democrat candidates in such a hole with his horrific performance that they needed a blockbuster issue to rile the Democrat base. No issue is more volatile and emotional than abortion.

The Overturning of Roe v. Wade
source: BernardGoldberg.com
John Daly: Roe vs Wade was and is bad law and bad constitutional precedent — egregiously broad, overstepping, and needlessly divisive from the beginning. I welcome its forthcoming reversal. What I’m not looking forward to is the next round of reactionary political chaos and hysterics that is already underway.
