You can go in and kill the daughter of a bitch – there’s no gender insanity indulgence due this scumbag – or you can stay outside like a coward. This week we saw, that courage is not dead in America.

What happened in Nashville was arguably a hate crime committed by an angry transgender who went on a rampage, and it should be given as much time as the Sandy Hook shooting in 2012. Instead, it will get the drive-by treatment for obvious political reasons.

NBC is presenting Team Biden as competent, compassionate experts. Controversy — or the need to manufacture it — is absent. It’s calm seas and “robust” management. Democrats are running the executive branch, and the impression is left that all is right with the world.

Fox hosts conducted softball interviews with Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, allowing them to lay out their unsubstantiated election-fraud claims and sometimes lending credence to them. But the host of the Fox Business show “Lou Dobbs Tonight” stood out as a champion of the view that “the election was stolen,” a position he maintains to this day.

If Trumpism disappears, the Republican Party will fall back into the Bush-era neoconservatism of old. This toxic ideology means open borders, placating illegal immigrants, and offering watered-down liberalism to win over the votes of new demographics as the founding stock of Americans is washed away. Of the three leading alternative candidates for the Democrats’ 2024 presidential nomination, there are no appealing options. All three, in fact, are terrible options among Vice President Kamala Harris, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Kurt Schlichter: Wait, did I say Nikki Harris? Nikki Haley is the Kamala Harris of the Republican Party. Everyone with half a cerebral cortex can see that she’s really just trying to position herself as the vice-presidential nominee when either Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis gets the nomination.

A vote to expel Santos now would be a vote to throw out 200 years of experience in the House of Representatives. It could lead to a lowering of standards for expulsion that could consume both parties in the future. So justice for Santos will involve process as well as possible punishment.
