The Legally and Morally Flawed Case Against Trump

Townhall

Philip Holloway: It is not a crime to be a philanderer. She has claimed publicly that there was no affair – but who knows. It is not a crime for Trump to pay so-called “hush money” either. I hate it when people call it that. It is a legal contract called a “nondisclosure agreement” and it is not in the least uncommon.

Democrats Really Do Hate America

Townhall

There are countless examples of this, everywhere you look. Even the President of the United States calls half the country monsters and transphobes simply because we don’t think children should be subjected to sexualization of any kind, let alone having an adult grind their crotch in their face, or have their body butchered in the name of some weird “progress.”

Ukraine Is the “Trans Activist” of the World

Townhall

Derek Hunter: The only thing I’m more sick of hearing about than Ukraine and the self-importance of a country where sheep cover their cars with sticker flags is how some trans activist is upset about everything. There are no groups of people more entitled than these two sets of narcissists.

Why the Left Is Pro-Mask

Townhall

One reason is that the further Left one goes, the more fear governs an individual’s life. This is true because the more one is governed by fear, the more one is likely to take left-wing positions.

The Woke Wrecking Machine

Townhall

Wokeism destroys meritocracy in favor of forced equality of result – history’s prescription for civilizational decline. IIf we continue with the woke hiring of administrators, air traffic controllers, ground crews, pilots, and rail workers, there will be even more news of disasters and near-miss airline crashes.

Biden in 2024

Townhall

A modern American political party does not replace a sitting President if he wants to run for a second term (and he always does).  Period.  It doesn’t matter how incompetent he has been, he gets the nomination for a second term if that is his lust.  His power and influence are too strong.

Why Are Red State Republicans So Soft?

Townhall

Kurt Schlichter: Take South Carolina. Please. Red, red, red. Except it has given us Nikki Haley, who makes Jeb! look like…well, her with lower heels. And it has Tim Scott, a nice guy but someone who would never, ever choose to leave a heap of his enemies skulls on the field of battle as a warning to those who might challenge us.

Lou Dobbs Is the Main Obstacle to Fox’s Defamation Defense

Townhall

Fox hosts conducted softball interviews with Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, allowing them to lay out their unsubstantiated election-fraud claims and sometimes lending credence to them. But the host of the Fox Business show “Lou Dobbs Tonight” stood out as a champion of the view that “the election was stolen,” a position he maintains to this day.

There Is No Trumpism without Trump

Townhall

If Trumpism disappears, the Republican Party will fall back into the Bush-era neoconservatism of old. This toxic ideology means open borders, placating illegal immigrants, and offering watered-down liberalism to win over the votes of new demographics as the founding stock of Americans is washed away. Before Trump, this was the Republican way.

Dems Have No Good Options for 2024

Townhall

Of the three leading alternative candidates for the Democrats’ 2024 presidential nomination, there are no appealing options. All three, in fact, are terrible options among Vice President Kamala Harris, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

No to Nikki Harris

Townhall

Kurt Schlichter: Wait, did I say Nikki Harris? Nikki Haley is the Kamala Harris of the Republican Party. Everyone with half a cerebral cortex can see that she’s really just trying to position herself as the vice-presidential nominee when either Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis gets the nomination.

Justice for George Santos

Townhall

A vote to expel Santos now would be a vote to throw out 200 years of experience in the House of Representatives. It could lead to a lowering of standards for expulsion that could consume both parties in the future. So justice for Santos will involve process as well as possible punishment.
