The Giants were compelled to interview a minority, and the recently fired Flores was a great choice to check off that box…What’s evident about the whole Giants interview façade is that there’s absolutely no indication Flores would have had a greater chance of landing the head coaching job if he were white. The matter has absolutely nothing to do with racism.

On Monday at 7 p.m., Jesse Watters debuted as the new permanent host of Fox News’ 7 p.m. ET hour. His ratings were phenomenal and the best that Fox has seen in that timeslot in over a year. The debut had more than 3.8 million viewers. This number far surpassed the viewership of other programs like CNN’s “Erin Burnett OutFront” and MSNBC’s “The ReidOut.”
