Since 1871, Yellowstone National Park’s Mount Doane has been the namesake for explorer Gustavus Doane, who is credited for participating in one of the first expeditions of the Yellowstone territory. Now, over a century later, the National Park Service has deemed the namesake offensive and officially changed Mount Doane’s name to First Peoples Mountain.

Man Denied Heart Transplant for Refusing Covid Vaccine
A 64-year-old man at the University of Washington was reportedly removed from a transplant waitlist after refusing to be vaccinated for Covid-19. The man claims to have been on the waiting list for 2+ years. After learning that he declined to be vaccinated against Covid, the hospital removed him from the list and said they would consider putting him back on if he met their “compliance concerns.”
